About this job
Acting as the person responsible for:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- General accounting duties
- General Hotel Operations Administration
- Supporting the General Manager
- HR Admin Responsibilities
Objectives of the role

Main responsibilities
• Responsibility for daily revenue audit, banking and internal control (credit card refunds, revenue allowances, charges backs and complimentary transactions) and daily reporting
• Recording Accounts Payables and Receivables transactions; making sure Accounts Payable and Receivables are up to date, costs are recorded accurately, and payments are made efficiently
• Responsibility for payroll administration by liaising with hotel operations teams and the HR director
• Assisting Group FC with analysing payroll cost and monthly reporting
• Creating and issuing policies and processes to the team
• Making sure policies issued by the company are adhered to
• Assisting in the production of annual budget
• Recommending ways of cutting costs at site level
• Providing training to operational team
• Assisting Group FC with month end reporting
• Ensuring integrity of stock counts
• Additional ad-hoc duties as requested

About you
We are looking for bags of personality and positive attitude is essential, as we want to hire GREAT people who can:
- Embrace a more relaxed environment, without relaxing the standards

- Solve challenges in a logical and guest focused way.
- Demonstrate solids sales experience in at same level of forward-thinking hotel brand.
- Use their knowledge of the Brussel hotel market to maximize on opportunities out there. Knowledge of the intern hotel sales is a plus.
- Good level of written and spoken English is also an advantage
- General proficiency with MS Office including reasonable Excel ability
- Exposure to Sun Systems an advantage
- Be data orientated.
