This Job
The main
purpose of this role is to oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the
day to day running of the Motley Bar & Restaurant in order that it
maximises revenues and profit and always operates to the correct brand standard.
You will ensure the team delivers the service
strategy and initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest
expectations. You will also support the Restaurant General Manager in holding
the team accountable for service execution and guide individual professional
development.
We aim to be the least office/admin based in our approach
to managing the operation, therefore we’re looking for someone that is strong
in admin skills and getting this done quickly and efficiently, allowing you to
be where you’re most needed with our guests and team on the floor!
