Our assistant restaurant managers are accountable for all aspects of food quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, production, maintenance and service of the restaurant and outside events as applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes extending beyond eight hours, based upon local operating hours
• Must have access to adequate transportation & complete the administrative driving requirement
• Must have a general understanding in taking & setting up catering orders
• Responsible for placing & receiving food orders as well as inputting invoices
• Will be required to complete in-house shift supervisor training & pass a certification exam
• Ability to communicate in English is required. Spanish comprehension is helpful.
• Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills are required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Age: 18+ years old
• Minimum of 1-3 years of recent supervisory and/or management experience in a restaurant environment required
• Strong communication, organizational & computer skills required
• Strong problem solving skills
• Commitment to quality & integrity
• Growth-driven & career-oriented outlook
• Hands-on management style
• Ability to take initiative, run strong shifts, & train teammates to do the same!
• Must enjoy building relationships & developing people
