Responsibilities
- Co-Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Support on hiring, training, and development initiatives to build a motivated and skilled team capable of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Support and Manage inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy and integrity.
- Execute shift management activities to ensure efficient staffing levels, timely service, and adherence to operational procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership, coaching, and team management while promoting hospitality excellence.
Experience
- Proven shift management experience within the food service industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings.
- Background in food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development, interviewing skills, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS for transaction processing and reporting.
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and assisting managing restaurant operations efficiently.
- Prior hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus; culinary experience or banquet/catering background is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
