Start-up healthy fast casual concept in downtown Hoboken seeks:<br>1. Prep-cook<br>2. Line-cook<br>3. FOH (Counter server / Cashier)<br>4. Dishwasher<br>5. Shift Manager with open availability<br><br>We aim to bridge the gap between fast-casual and fine dining. Cuisine will be centered around a menu of (i) chef-designed salads / homemade salad dressings, (ii) protein-based entrees, and (iii) vegetable side dishes. The goal is to "one-up" other highly successful salad chains and farm-to-table concepts by providing sophisticated lunch offerings designed and prepared on-site by authentic chefs (vs. off-site bulk production at commissaries).
