Quest Liverpool City Centre are seeking a self-motivated individual, who has a passion for developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients. The successful applicant will demonstrate enthusiasm for strong time management, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, a friendly, mature approach to their work. A proven track record in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industries is essential.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to housekeeping requests required as directed.
• Cleaning equipment and rooms according to Quest standards.
• Ensuring the upkeep of all common areas.
• Communicating with guests in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with procedures.
• Working with all departments in the property to ensure operational efficiency.
• Being aware of all health and safety requirements.

Ideally you must have:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a serviced apartment or hotel 
• Fluent English, both verbal and written 
• The ability to work flexibly across 7 days a week supporting the business
