What You’ll Get

  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $13,000 annually
  • Bank Bonus Program (performance-based upside)
  • Annual Raises based on performance
  • Tenure-Based Pay Increases (we reward people who stay and grow)

What You’ll Do

This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. You’re running a business.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 50 crew members and leaders
  • Own the full P&L: labor, food cost, sales, and profitability
  • Drive execution of our brand standards—food, service, and experience
  • Build a strong bench (shift leads → trainers → AGM pipeline)
  • Hire, train, and retain great people
  • Run a clean, organized, and efficient operation
  • Use data and systems to make smart decisions (not guesswork)
  • Be the leader your team looks to—for direction, accountability, and growth

  • Proven ability to build and develop teams (not just manage them)
  • Strong operational discipline (you understand numbers, systems, and execution)
  • A leader who creates and upholds a culture of accountability
  • A leader who takes ownership—wins and losses
