Citadines is seeking a confident and experienced Assistant Residence Manager to become part of our Team at Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden London, supporting the management team with the smooth running of the day to day operations.

An Assistant Residence Manager will be responsible for:

• Living the Citadines brand, motivating and leading the team
• Ensuring compliance in key focus areas (service standards, financial, property maintenance)
• Support and actively contribute towards guest feedback management
• Working with key stakeholders in the business (Revenue, Sales, Finance, HR, Reservations) with the aim of the property achieving occupancy, desired rate, service standards and financial compliance
• Encouraging innovation and enhancing the guest experience amongst the team
• Leading your team in operations, getting involved in all areas of the business, working various shifts throughout the week
