PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 1.                  To report punctually to duty and to be in proper department standard uniform.

2.                  To treat all customers and colleagues in a polite, courteous manner at all times. To also give full cooperation and assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner to both customer needs.

3.                  To be flexible in assisting in other departments of the hotel in response to the business and customer needs.

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

 

To carry out electrical works in the Guestrooms.

1. To carry out electrical work in the public area.
2. To check Garden area light and junction box properly fix.
3. To assist in the repair of electrical equipment in other area.
4. To trouble shoot possible control panel.
5. To attend to the service requests.
6. To have a clear understanding to the Hotel’s Fire Drill, the Staff handbook and the regulations stated therein.
7. To observe and enforce the Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations.
8. To have a particular regard to the safe operation of all plant and equipment and ensure safety of Guests and Staff at all times.
9. To observe the regulations regarding the Guest contact and entry to Guestrooms.
10. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained in all areas and to liaise with other departments in this matter.
11. Attend the morning briefing at 8:45 am and 5:45 pm at the end of the day.
12. To attend to training programmed whenever requested/scheduled.
13. Confine to your work area except during meal time.
14. To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by your manager.
15. To carried out the all type of the electrical PPM
16. Incase any emergency stay back to completed the task & assignments without fails
