Principal Accountabilities:

 1.                 Toreport punctually to duty and to be in proper department standard uniform.

2.                 Totreat all customers and colleagues in a polite, courteous manner at all times.To also give full cooperation and assistance in a prompt, caring and helpfulmanner to both customer needs.

3.                 Tobe flexible in assisting in other departments of the hotel in response to thebusiness and customer needs.

 MainDuties:

 Ensure that all refrigeration equipments are in good working order.

  1. Routine maintenance of all refrigeration equipment.
  2. Preventive Maintenance of all Refrigeration equipment.
  3. Repair and major overhaul of Refrigeration equipment.
  4. Check the ice cube making machine on a daily basis and brief R & M Manager for any defective or harvesting.
  5. Weekly out of order checklist to be attended.
  6. In the absence of Airconditioning Technician to attend to the Chillers, AHU’s FCU’s.
  7. Attend to the daily assignment sheet given to you.
  8. Attend to the service requests.
  9. To have a clear understanding to the Hotel’s Fire Drill, the Staff handbook and the regulations stated therein.
  10. To observe and enforce the Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations.
  11. To have a particular regard to the safe operation of all plant and equipment and ensure safety of Guests and Staff at all times.
  12. To observe the regulations regarding the Guest contact and entry to Guestrooms.
  13. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained in all areas and to liaise with other departments in this matter.
  14. Attend the morning briefing at 8:45 am and 5:45 pm at the end of the day.
  15. To attend to training programmed whenever requested/scheduled.
  16. Confine to your work area except during meal time.
  17. To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by your manager.
  18. In case any emergency stays back to completed the task & assignments without fails.
