As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll lead a team dedicated to exceptional service. We believe that anything is possible and that you should have fun while doing it!

Key Responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Manager:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the food & beverage department, delivering top-tier guest service experiences.
  • Proactively work to enhance guest satisfaction, delivering timely and positive responses to inquiries.
  • Deliver on plans and objectives, ensuring food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets are met.
  • Lead and develop the food & beverage team, cultivating a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
  • Oversee the department’s budget, controlling costs and inventory, while ensuring productivity and performance standards are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Implement effective programs to enhance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation, implementing best practices and maintaining due diligence for audits.

Requirements of the Food & Beverage Manager:

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel in Dubai, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, with the knack for offering thoughtful recommendations.
  • High personal integrity and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
  • Experience in using IT systems across various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
