We are seeking a dynamic and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, a passion for mixology, and excellent customer service skills to deliver extraordinary guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including signature cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
• Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
