Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the in-room dining and banqueting operations, ensuring all aspects of service are delivered to the highest standards.

  • Plan, organize, and execute banqueting events, working closely with the sales and culinary teams.
  • Monitor and manage costs, inventory, and productivity to meet departmental objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements, maintaining due diligence records for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations, particularly in-room dining and banqueting management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A hands-on approach and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and ownership of assigned duties and tasks.
