Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservations and Revenue Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Palm Beach Resort, Dubai. In this role, you will manage the reservations team and collaborate closely with the revenue department to optimize room inventory and maximize revenue through dynamic pricing and strategic management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservations Management: Supervise the reservations team to ensure accurate, timely bookings across various channels (phone, email, online).
  • Revenue Optimization: Implement and monitor dynamic pricing strategies in line with market demand to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Assist in creating forecasts for occupancy and revenue, analyzing market trends, and providing recommendations to the revenue manager.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell rooms and additional services to guests, enhancing overall revenue.
  • Systems Management: Ensure the proper use of Property Management Systems (PMS) and revenue management tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries related to reservations, rates, and availability, ensuring all requests are managed efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop promotions and manage group bookings.
  • Training & Development: Lead and develop the reservations team, ensuring they are trained on current systems, processes, and customer service standards.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ pricing and promotions, providing insights to adjust strategies to stay competitive.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as booking trends, occupancy rates, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in reservations or revenue management, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (Emma, Opera, Protel, etc.) and Revenue Management Systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and guest service skills.
  • Experience in implementing pricing strategies and understanding market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting).
  • Should have UAE hotel experience in Revenue and Reservations department and should be available for a face-face interview onsite.
