Position Overview: Radisson Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, is seeking an energetic and driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on the Corporate, FIT, Groups. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the local( JLT,JAFZA,Dubai Internet and Media city experience preferred) and regional market, and a proven track record of success in driving revenue and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue in the Corporate and MICE segments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and agencies.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to contracting, ensuring all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate events and MICE bookings.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to provide insights to senior management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns targeted at the Corporate and MICE segments.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Director of Sales.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on Corporate and MICE segments.
  • Strong network of contacts within the corporate and event planning sectors in Dubai and the GCC.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
