Job description
Audio visual technician sets up, operate, maintain and repair equipment used at the bouquet and conferencing area such as microphones, projectors, lighting and sound mixing equipment. Also responsible for hotels guest entertainment system that includes but not limited to Mood Music setup, Satellite\IPTV System and the hotel televisions
The Technician supports meetings and presentations with video cameras, operate spotlights, adjust amplifiers, coordinate graphics used in displays and provide technical support for teleconferences, webinars etc. May also edit, copy and store DVDs, track inventory of equipment and order supplies.
Technician is must work under the directions of a manager and typically undergo a job training activity before commencing work in an establishment.
• M&E Audio setup and Signage.
• Workstation and printing.
• Electronics safe and door lock systems.
• TV system and Internet supports.
• Telephone issues both in guest rooms and offices.
• Basic connectivity issues etc.
