What makes this even more special? This location will be part of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Antwerp City Centre team and will share the same roof as this renowned hotel.

What does the role involve?

As an Outlet Supervisor, you’re not just a manager; you’re the face of your location and the motivator of your team. You’ll ensure that your store is a place where customers love to visit and employees love to work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring: You’ll motivate your team, bring out the best in them, and ensure everyone starts their day with energy.
  • Team development: You’ll create a positive work culture and help your people grow in their roles.
  • Ensuring quality: You’ll safeguard our high standards of service and products.
  • Efficient organization: From scheduling to inventory management, you’ll keep everything running smoothly.
  • Exuding hospitality: Customers come not just for the bagels but also for the experience – and you play a key role in that.
  • Hands-on involvement: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and set the example for your team.

What makes this role extra special?

To fully immerse yourself in the Bagelstein philosophy, you’ll undergo an intensive two-week training program:

  • One week in Paris to learn the art of our artisan bagels.
  • One week in Strasbourg, the birthplace of Bagelstein, to experience the culture and humor up close.

What are we looking for in you?

  • You have experience as a manager in the hospitality industry.
  • You’re a true people manager: you know how to motivate and help a team grow.
  • Multitasking is second nature to you, and you stay organized even under pressure.
  • Customer focus and humor are your trademarks.
  • Proficiency in English and French is a significant advantage, as the training will be conducted in one of these languages, and you’ll work in an international environment.
  • You’re flexible, solution-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Affinity with our products and style is a must.
