The Role

As Cluster Front Office Manager, you’re the face — and the force — behind our Front Office operations across both hotels. You’ll inspire, coach, and guide a passionate team that makes every check-in seamless, every question effortless, and every guest experience unforgettable.

You will be:

  • Leading by example — visible, approachable, and hands-on in daily operations.

  • Driving guest satisfaction and revenue goals by ensuring smooth, efficient, and heartfelt service.

  • Creating an empowering environment where your team thrives, grows, and loves what they do.

  • Championing collaboration between departments to keep our guests smiling and our hotels shining.

What we are looking for
 
  • true people manager — someone who motivates, mentors, and develops their team with authenticity and care.

  • At least 4 years of Front Office experience, including proven success as a assistant Front Office Manager

  • Confident in all aspects of Front Office and Guest Relations operations 

  • Commercially savvy, organized, and a clear communicator with an eye for detail and a heart for hospitality.

  • A “Yes I Can!” leader who brings positivity and professionalism to every interaction.
