The Bartender Role
Can you handle being the centre of attention, are you a single malt rather than a blend? If you say Yes I Can! we’re looking for first class people just like you! Our Bartenders are extremely sophisticated, have unique flare, sparkle and fizz. They are able to engage with guests using their individuality and passion for their craft.
- Mixology Mastery: Demonstrate expertise in the art of mixology, preparing and serving a wide variety of cocktails with precision and flair.
- Customer Service Excellence: Engage with patrons, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of beverages.
- Menu Knowledge and Recommendations: Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the drink menu, advise guests on suitable options, and promote additional sales.
- Up-selling and Revenue Generation: Suggest premium spirits, recommend signature cocktails, and introduce guests to seasonal or specialty offerings to increase revenue.
- Bar Operations Support: Collaborate with bar staff and management to ensure smooth operations, restock supplies, maintain cleanliness, and assist with inventory management.

Qualities We Are Looking For In Our Bartender:
- Mixology Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge and experience in mixology, including cocktail recipes, techniques, and presentation.
- Customer-Focused Approach: Genuine enthusiasm for serving others and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective listening, engaging in meaningful conversations, and offering recommendations.
- Age Requirement: Must be over 21 years old due to legal regulations.
- Team Player: Collaborate closely with other team members, supporting and assisting as needed.
