Previous sales background, preferably from hospitality or tourism field.
1 year+ working in similar position or related to Sales.
Excellent communication and outstanding presentation skills.
Confident and sociable person, who is driven by targets.
Fluent English and Latvian, other languages will be considered as an advantage (languages needed in order to communicate with clients verbally and in writing).

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize revenue and market share for the hotel, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to all clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) clients through regular engagement and personalized account management.
  • Negotiate business terms and close sales contracts in alignment with hotel pricing strategy and profitability goals.
  • Analyze client needs and present customized accommodation, event, and service solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to effectively position the hotel in the local and regional market.
  • Utilize networking, social selling, referrals, and cold calling techniques to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with key accounts and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management and marketing teams to optimize pricing, packages, and promotional activities.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, sales missions, and client site inspections to promote brand visibility and drive bookings.
  • Track and manage all sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on leads.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and handle service recovery to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Utilize networking and cold calling to build a long-term cooperation with clients.
  • Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution.
  • Deliver on plans and objectives where sales initiatives & hotel targets are achieved.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders;
