Job description
Radisson Blu Hotel Dakar is looking for a Food & Beverage Director reporting directly to the General Manager. The F&B Manager will be in charge of all the operations (6 outlets and banquetting) and manage a team of 70 employees.

- Ability to assume responsibility for day-to-day operations in F&B;
- Enjoy hands-on management role;
- Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, supplies, inventory, food safety, service techniques, and guest interaction;
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in F&B operations within luxury international hotel chain + presently working as Director of Food and Beverage;
- Strong understanding of cost, budgets and staffing systems that lead to profitability;
- Capable to work closely with the Executive Chef, Front office and Sales teams;
- Ability to manage diverse work force;
- Strong and effective communication skills;
- Strong commercial skills within Food & Beverage;
- proven track record in promotion strategies, training and leading F&B teams;
- Marketing and Public Relations driven;
- French and English speaking;
- Young and dynamic.
