HR Business Partner – Spain

Location: Madrid (with travel to hotels across Spain)
Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish
Application: CV in English required

At Radisson Hotel Group, we’re all about brilliant execution – not just for our guests, but for our team members and partners too. We have a unique opportunity to make a real difference as a People Operations Business Partner who’s ready to take the lead across our hotels in Spain.

This is more than a traditional HR role, you’ll be a strategic partner to our hotel leadership teams, providing both operational and consultative HR support. You'll work closely with General Managers, Heads of Department, HR colleagues, and key stakeholders to build capability, drive performance, and support the growth and engagement of our teams across Spain.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as a key advisor and HR lead for Radisson Hotel Group in Spain.
  • Drive the people agenda in line with business objectives, supporting General Managers and hotel leadership teams.
  • Partner with People Managers to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Coach and equip managers to deliver value-driven leadership aligned with our culture and values.
  • Ensure all areas of the employee life cycle are managed in line with company policy and local legislation.
  • Lead HR processes including performance management, succession planning, team engagement, learning & development and reward.
  • Oversee and resolve employee relations matters in compliance with Spanish labour law, ensuring minimal risk and cost to the business.
  • Represent the business in discussions with employee representatives and/or trade unions as required.
  • Supervise and develop HR team members such as HR Coordinators or Payroll support, where applicable.
  • Collaborate with hotel and regional leadership to support organisational change and business growth.
  • Ensure hotels are audit-ready and compliant with all internal policies and local laws.
  • Actively contribute to regional HR projects and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally as a Business Partner or HR Manager, supporting multi-site teams.
  • Deep understanding of Spanish employment law and employee relations frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and influence senior leaders and operational teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset – able to balance business needs with people priorities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Confident in using HRIS systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Self-driven, collaborative and adaptable – you’re just as comfortable in a hotel lobby as you are in a boardroom.
  • Passion for hospitality and helping people grow their careers.

Ready to Make an Impact?

At Radisson Hotel Group, we believe in celebrating individuality, empowering our teams, and creating opportunities for growth. If you're passionate about people and want to be part of a truly global hospitality group, we’d love to hear from you.
