Job description
• Plan and execute sales calls as scheduled in the Marketing Plan together with the appropriate follow-up
• Provides the Director of Sales & Marketing/ Asst. Director of Sales &
Marketing with all information regarding his/her market during compilation of the Marketing Plan
• Participates actively in the compilation of the Sales & Marketing Business Plan
• Attend VIP functions when required by the Director of Sales & Marketing/ Asst. Director of Sales & Marketing
• Maintain good follow-up / trace system
• Conducting site inspections / tours of the property
• Entertaining on a regular basis
• Completing all sales administration forms (reports etc.) on time and
• keeping accurate and up to date records of all clients
• To be available to work longer than normal hours as and when required by Director of Sales & Marketing/ Asst. Director of Sales & Marketing
• Perform weekly Sales Duty Rounds

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of local Corporate segment
• Excellent presentation and strong relationship building skills
• Well organized with good communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong account management skills
• Minimum 1-2 years previous experience at a similar level within hotel
• Natural proactive attitude and excellent motivational skills
• Demonstrate your success in setting and achieving budgeted targets
• Team spirit, assertive and self confident personality
