Our Laundry Manager has ownership for the whole of the Laundry unit under Housekeeping department. They are experts and reliable puzzle solvers, analytical and exceptional people managers
Can you balance executing and delivering the masterplan with a strategic focus on both guest experience and revenue generation?
We are looking for someone Yes I Can! ready, who can do it all!
Key Responsibilities of Laundry Manager:
• As a true host you’ll act as a brand ambassador ensuring our high standards are met
• Direct laundry and uniform personnel to ensure consistent supply of clean, neat and quality linens and uniformss
• Utilises leadership skills and motivation to maximise team member productivity and satisfaction
• Monitors present and future trends, practices and systems in the hotel industry to determine and ensure that our laundry is competitive in the market place
• Perform laundry activities according to health standards department
• Conduct interview, supervise, train, schedule, counsel and evaluate staff.
• Apply Radisson Hotel Group Standards and make sure that all are followed and accurate reports are given to the management
• People developer/exporter
Requirements of Laundry Manager:
• Proficient in all Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Relations procedures to be a resource when needed
• A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and team member of Housekeeping department's management.
• Commercially aware
• Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards
• Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities
• Strong working knowledge of Opera Property Management System
