This position requires to manage guest feedback , guest queries, and ensure effective booking, Constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through quality, creativity, range and actively promote and sell the appropriate well being services and retail to the guests
The successful candidate must have at least 2 years minimum of experience in a Supervisory role, in a 4*/5* hotel preferably in a Resort set up. SPA therapy qualification is a must
