Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, you will be looking after the Spa on day to day functions, focusing on achieving the highest level of guest satisfactions and optimizing profits.
In our Spa with 6 treatment rooms and an impressive menu of health and beauty treatments from classic aromatherapy to modern treatments and with the team of 8.
This position requires to manage guest feedback , guest queries, and ensure effective booking, Constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through quality, creativity, range and actively promote and sell the appropriate well being services and retail to the guests
The successful candidate must have at least 2 years minimum of experience in a Supervisory role, in a 4*/5* hotel preferably in a Resort set up. SPA therapy qualification is a must
