We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead our hotel's technology operations, ensuring seamless digital experiences for guests and staff at our premier property.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, POS systems, PMS (Property Management Systems), and guest Wi-Fi.
• Manage hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Lead troubleshooting for IT issues, minimizing downtime during peak operations.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement tech solutions enhancing guest services and operational efficiency.
• Supervise IT team or vendors, develop disaster recovery plans, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT management, ideally in hospitality/hotels.
• Expertise in hotel-specific systems (e.g., Opera/EMMA, Micros, cloud services).
• Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of networking (Cisco/CCNA preferred), and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent English communication and very strong communication and soft skills
