Job description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

 To maintain City Ledger and Guest Ledger. To ensure that all outstanding debts are collected according to credit policy.

TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

·        Verify Guest Ledger is held according to credit policy.

·        Investigate all violations of established credit limits on Guest Ledger.

·        Ensure City Ledger transfers are received and checked on a daily basis.

·        Prompt posting of bills on computer and daily invoicing.

·        Maintain an efficient collection cycle:

·        Dealing with clients queries as quickly as possible.

·        Credit vetting of new accounts.

·        Commission claims received from Advance Reservations are checked, authorized and forwarded to Accounts Payable .

·        To balance with Income Auditor on a daily basis and with Balance Sheet at month end.

·        Practices ‘Yes I Can’ attitude

·        Adheres to Radisson Hotel Group's Responsible Business ethics.

 REQUIREMENTS

·        Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Currently Based In Qatar.

·        Minimum 5-10  years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel.

·        Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.

Salary – QAR 6500 /- per month + Housing + Meals + Transport.
