Job description

         Job Description 

         ·            To communicate to both internal and external customers in a polite, courteous and constructive manner. 

         ·            Entirely capable to prioritize, organize and delegate work assignments. 

         ·            Directs and corrects performance of all team members & follows up corrective training.

         ·            Motivates outlet teams to be seen as a cohesive unit at all times.

         ·            Continuously promotes positive work relationship with kitchen staff & F&B departments.  Thinks clearly, analyses &                                    resolves challenges and obstacles, exercising good judgment. 

         ·            Ascertains team training needs & provides such training at consistent levels. 

         ·            Monitors team attendance record, punch correction and takes progressive disciplinary action when necessary. 

         ·            Prepare and follow up compliance with weekly schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecast. 

         ·            Ensure that all communication tools are being used efficiently and the information flow to all levels.

         ·            Ensure that team members report to work as scheduled. 

         ·            Enforce all procedures of monitoring employee attendance is being completed. 

         ·            Ensure that the assignation of the outlet, duties and meal breaks are in accordance with departmental procedures. 

         ·            Identify situations which compromise the department’s standards and address them accordingly.

         ·            Review attendance of employees at daily outlet briefings.

         ·            Meetings - Attends or holds the following meetings on a regular basis. 

         ·            Daily Outlet briefings Daily F&B briefing (send designate if off duty) Weekly F&B Meeting Staff Meetings of the respective                          outlet.

         ·            Any other meeting when requested by the F&B Management team.

         ·            Co-ordinates precisely his departmental needs with other departments & F & B office.  Inspect grooming and attire of                                staff; rectify and deficiencies.

         ·            Positively influences team members and makes impact on the issues, in order to improve communication and execution                          of tasks.

         ·            Anticipate heavy business times and banquets requirements ensuring organized procedures to handle extended opening                        times and locations.

         ·            Under the guidance of the F&B Manager, ensure that a departmental training plan is implemented.

         ·            Continuously focuses on potential staff members & develops their talent to the fullest.  Suggest and carry out line staff’s                          appraisals if and when necessary based on performance.


Requirements 


·         Minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel. 

·         Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.

·         Nationality – Preferably Filipino only

·         Gender – Female

·         Good command of English Language. (Written & Spoken)

·         Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.

·         Age – 25 to 35 Years

·         Possess strong multitasking skills.
