Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and productive environment.
  • Ensure that the Outlets Operational budget is in line and costs are strictly controlled maximizing profitability.
  • Planning of menus and designing standard recipes to ensure consistent quality in food production, thereby satisfying guest needs and expectations.
  • Liaise with Procurement to ensure prompt and efficient purchasing, issuing of supplies, stock control and inventory control.
  • Monitor food standards and consistency in each Outlet and Banquets.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Manage food inventory, ordering, and control food costs.
  • Ensure the kitchen follows all health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to provide an excellent dining experience.
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with associates and guest

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior kitchen role, ideally in 5-star hotels with 500 to 600 keys.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset and passion for food.
  • Knowledge of kitchen management and food safety standards.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
