Job Description
· Create engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content for all social media channels
· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation
· Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement
· Coordinate photo and video shoot logistics with internal teams, models, and external agencies
· Edit and produce high-quality photo and video content for digital use
· Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies; build and maintain influencer relationships
· Maintain and regularly update the influencer database
· Write compelling and concise social media copy consistent with Radisson Blu’s tone of voice
· Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns
· Track and analyze performance metrics; provide reports with data-driven recommendations
· Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
Requirements
· Fluent in English (business writing and speaking)
· Proven experience in social media content creation
· Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
· Ability to create and edit visually engaging content (photo & video)
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
· Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
· Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite)
· Experience with paid social media advertising
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines
· Flexible with working hours, including availability for shoots, events, and other hotel activities as needed
Compensation and Benefits
· Basic Salary: QR 4,000/month
· Accommodation: Single room provided
· Meals: Duty meals provided in the staff cafeteria
· Transportation: Provided to and from the hotel
· Laundry: Laundry services for business clothes
· Vacation: 30 days of annual paid leave
