JOB DESCRIPTION
· To be responsible for the effective communication of groups and within the hotel.
· Coordination of communication with business partners, clients, suppliers and hotel departments.
· Coordination of groups with rooms, and meetings, incentives, conferences, events and catering.
· Handling of filing and other administration.
· Cooperate closely with Reservations/Reception and F&B operations.
· Support the Banquet Manager.
· To coordinate room groups with clients until Group Event Order (GEO) for handover to Reservations and Reception.
· To coordinate with clients until Banquet Event Order (BEO) for handover to Banquet Manager and F&B operations.
· To meet and greet the organizers of arriving groups.
· To solicit sales with new and existing business partners in order to meet and exceed revenue goals through personal and written communication.
· To generate and grow revenues by negotiating and closing sales and handling contracts in coordination with superiors.
· To develop and conduct persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
· To professionally present the hotel by participating in client and industry functions (meetings, guest receptions, etc.).
· To continually monitor activities of competitive hotels (promotions, partnerships, product quality improvements, supply changes, pricing strategies and service offerings).·

REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 3/ 4 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel.
· Bachelor's degree / Diploma in hospitality management, event management, business administration, or a related field.
· Excellent knowledge in the OPERA system.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Gender – Male / Female
· Good command of English Language. (Verbal / Written)
· Possess a pleasing personality.
· Age – 25 to 35 Years
· Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
