Description

Job Description 

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MICE sector.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporations, associations, and event planners.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Manage client communications and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
    • Prepare and present proposals, including pricing, packages, and services.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
    • Oversee the preparation of detailed event proposals and manage contract documentation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of MICE events.
    • Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation.
    • Address client requests and resolve any issues that arise during the planning and execution Monitor and report on sales performance, including revenue generation and client acquisition.
    • Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Requirements 

  • Proven sales experience (min 3 years) in the hospitality/ hotel sector in the same capacity. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing service environments.
  • Native Arabic speakers only. 
  • Great rigor, great organizational skills, planning.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations .
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.

Salary  - QAR 5000/- + Meal Allowance – QR.1000/-  + Free Accommodation (Single Room in a Shared Flat)
