Job Description 

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored event       solutions.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

 4. Proposal Preparation: Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business and retain existing clients.

 5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

 6. Event Coordination: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events, meeting client expectations.

 7. Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and ensure financial objectives are met.

 8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.


  Requirements:  

1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in event sales or a related field.

 2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

 3. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

 4. Attributes: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 5. Network: Established network within the events industry is highly desirable.

 6. Female candidates only. 

 

Basic salary QR.5500/- + Meal allowance QR.1000/- + Free Accommodation and Transport
