To be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the hotel property both internally and externally along with equipment services and grounds

Key Responsibilities of  Senior AC & Refrigeration Technician   :

• Develops and implements strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and proactively addresses problem resolution
•  Maintains facilities and equipment by conducting inspections on a regular basis to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, type of operation, and maintenance needed
• Ensures that the physical plant is operating in a safe, efficient, and orderly fashion by directing all phases of maintenance, repair and renovation
• Assigns work orders by priority, and delegates duties work in the absence of the manager.
• maximize team member productivity and job satisfaction
• Support the team’s development

Requirements:

• Minimum Experience: 8 Years
• GCC Experience: 5 Years
• Diploma/Certification in AC & Refrigeration
• Must possess knowledge of
• Selecting, installing, replacing heavy duty compressors, fan motors, condensers etc
• Maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and other related systems such as electrical systems, heat pumps, and chillers
•  Cold rooms, chillers, freezers, refrigerators, ice machines etc
•  Brazing, welding, correct gas selection and applied pressure
• Working with manual or power tools
• Must be multi-tasking with good knowledge of electrical wiring (three phase-single phase & star-delta) & plumbing works
• Must be aware of pool water testing & treatment process.
