Responsible for curating content across all social media pages including:

• Monthly social media calendars
• Content creation
• Daily interaction with our fans, followers and influencers
• Reports and analytics

Keep pace with social media and online marketing trends and developments

Audit and filter all influencer collaboration requests

Ensuring all online content is up to date
• Uploading content on the brand website and image bank
• Ensure 100% content score on all online hotel booking platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)

CRM/Database management
• Creating content and sending out weekly hotel newsletters
• Send out SMS offers to our database

Graphic Design

• All basic graphic design work for F&B and Health Club collaterals
• Ensure compliance of corporate branding in all collaterals
• Updating all in-hotel branding: digital screens, posters, signages
• Assist the PR & Marketing Manager in campaign executions
• Assist the PR & Marketing Manager in media activations, events and press content

Requirements of the Marketing Coordinator:

-1 to 2 years of experience in 4/5* Hotel

-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style

-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry

-Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned

-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence

-Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms

-Strong communication skills

"The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek lies within the beautiful Deira Creek area of Dubai. The hotel, first built in 1975, is a classic fixture of Old Dubai. Each of the 288 rooms and suites boasts a private balcony and ensures a comfortable stay for our guests. With a selection of 9 on-site dining venues that varies from Japanese, Chinese and Persian cuisine we are sure we can provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

The heath club with gym, squash courts, a sauna, spa and more make it easy for our guests to maintain their fitness routine while travelling. To ensure stress free travel for our guests we also offer valet parking, limousine transportation, car rental and a baby sitting service."
