Our Food & Beverage Service Team are the final piece of the puzzle, they are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond - creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities of the Head Barista:
- Support and assist in the smooth running of the food & beverage outlet,
where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are
delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards
are attained and adhered to.

-Lead and collaborate with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution. |
-Collaborates with the Head of Department, ensuring that departmental inventory is maintained, that productivity targets are achieved and performance levels are attained
-Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and partners both internal and external ensuring all communications and activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner.
-Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required
Requirements of the Head Barista:
-Proven Experience in a food and beverage position, ideally within a hotel environment
-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
-Good leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
-Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms, MS Office, especially in Excel
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
-Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms, MS Office, especially in Excel
-Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
-Strong communication skills and listening skills
