What You’ll Do
You will be responsible to oversee all aspects of the front desk, concierge, recreation, housekeeping, and guest services, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. The function should be supportive, proactive, analytical and entrepreneurial; creating memorable moments for our guests, fostering an empowered environment for the team whilst working closely with all key business partners in order to achieve quality results.
You would act as a brand ambassador, reflecting company culture and values. You will make sure our service is impeccable and our guests leave wanting to come back.
What You’ll Bring
· Management experience in managing a rooms division team, or a front office team (but ready to step up to RDM) in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
· A passion for providing exceptional service and making guests feel at home.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· The ability to think on your feet and stay cool under pressure.
· A genuine enthusiasm for creating positive experiences for guests and team members alike.
