The Sales Manager - Corporate will be responsible to drive business expansion and growth in his/her assigned areas. The function should be proactive, analytical and entrepreneurial; working closely with all key business partners in order to achieve quality results. Self-motivated, result driven with a winning attitude, able to adapt quickly to the market changes. With a full understanding of the market and of the competition set able to set and implement strategies and plans to proactively acquire new business to the hotel.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders  and partners both internal and external ensuring all communications/activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner
Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, maintain and develop business relation in a goal to increase revenue production from these accounts.
Working proactively to maximize exposure and coverage of the assigned areas to qualify and contract new potential accounts. 
-  Develops and implements strategies where key sales metrics are identified, communicated and delivered where reports and tracking tools are effectively maintained in line with defined initiatives & targets.
- Review and scrutinize the business performance of the assigned areas, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance.

Requirements of the Sales Manager:
- Proven experience in a sales position, within a hotel environment
Ability to adapt to changing service environments
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-  Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
-  Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
-  Ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures
-  Skilled with Microsoft Office software, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
-  An open, positive and communicative personality
- Strong communication & listening skills
Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
