Key Responsibilities:
- Process and complete employment visas, residence visas, and all transactions related to immigration for Employees.
- Handle entertainers' permits using the DTCM online system.
- Ensure all Trade Licenses, permits are up to date.
- Stay informed of any changes to prevailing laws, rules, regulations, and procedures, and update the Human Resources Department accordingly.
- Maintain total confidentiality regarding all Human Resources matters.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to develop and build harmonious working relationships with Employees and management.
- Strong organizational and effective time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and government online systems.
- Must be residing in UAE
