·        Assigns the steward team to their areas, and updates on any special cleaning

·        Plans and develops structured cleaning schedules for all areas of the business

·        Ensures all available resources are provided for the stewarding team and that the maintenance of this equipment is managed

·        Follows up on assignments, and makes sure tasks are completed in by deadlines and in a quality manner
