Key Responsibilities:

· Manages food production in the kitchen/area of responsibility as designated by their direct manager

· Maximizes guest satisfaction by providing the highest food quality

. Assures adherence to Radisson Blu standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation

Co-ordinates activities, communicates priorities to ensure correct preparation, and delivery time to provide food for functions, a la carte, groups, breakfast and rooms service.

Requirements:
-Experience in kitchen beneficial but not essential
-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
