Are you passionate about food safety and hygiene? Do you have a knack for ensuring that every bite our guests take is not only delicious but also safe? If you have an eagle eye for cleanliness and a flair for food safety, then we have the perfect role for you!

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and detail-oriented Food Hygiene Manager to join our team. As the Food Hygiene Manager of two of our hotels in Dubai, you will be the guardian of our guests' health and wellbeing, ensuring that our kitchens sparkle and our food is top-notch. Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and hygiene policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.

·         Conduct regular inspections and audits of all food preparation and storage areas.

·         Train and supervise staff on proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.

·         Monitor and control all aspects of food hygiene, including temperature control, pest control, and waste management.

·         Investigate and resolve any food safety incidents or complaints promptly and effectively.

·         Keep up-to-date with changes in food safety regulations and ensure the hotel remains compliant.

·         Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.

 Key Requirements:

·         Academic qualifications in Food Hygiene, Environmental Health, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or large-scale catering environment.

·         Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations, especially that of Dubai Municipality.

·         Excellent communication and leadership skills.

·         Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

·         Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
