Key Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie:

  • Manages all food production in the kitchen/area of responsibility as designated by their direct manager
  • Oversees inventory count of all food supplies where directed by the Sous Chef
  • Control and submit orders of all fresh products and dry storage items required by kitchen and related departments to ensure correct quality and par stock where directed by the Sous Chef
  • Assures proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices are followed
Requirements of the Chef de Partie:
-Experience in kitchen 
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
