Key Responsibilities:

·    Checks the daily arrival

·    Utilization of hotel facilities Work in a safe manner that does not harm or injure self or others by applying hotel regulations, and adhering to existing laws and regulations

·     Ensure that guests’ details are not disclosed.

·     Fully understand the Hotel’s fire, emergency, and bomb procedures.

·     Follow emergency procedures to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees.

Requirements of Concierge:

• Excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Previous experience of using IT System is advantageous
•  A natural happy smiler with a positive Yes I Can! attitude…
