Key Responsibilities:
· Supervises and coordinates Front Office shift activities to provide the highest standard of service.
· Achieves guest satisfaction and room revenue goals by leading Service Managers, OTS team and Guest relations.
· Is proficient in all Front Office procedures.
· Utilises leadership skills and motivation to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction.
· Recommends to Front Office Manager how to improve guest service and efficiency in Front Office operations.
