We are currently seeking a  Cluster Meeting & Events Sales Manager to join our vibrant team at Radisson Blu Hotel, Kraków and Park Inn by Radisson Kraków. Skills and Experience:  

As Cluster M&E Sales Manager, your ambition, results-driven approach, and passion for creating memorable customer experiences elevate our Sales Team. Your leadership ensures excellence in delivering exceptional services, positioning you as a creative and strategic force driving success for our department and Radisson Hotel Group as a whole.

Lead a high-performing reactive sales team under the leadership of Director of Sales & Marketing, providing guidance, support, and training for exceptional results.

  • Execute reactive sales and marketing plans for meeting & events and leisure groups aligned with business objectives.
  • Maximize the revenue and growth of the hotel by directing the revenue generates activities in accordance with the business plan.
  • Oversee the entire reactive sales process, from lead generation to event execution, ensuring seamless  coordination and data compliance
  • Cultivate relationships with existing clients, event planners, and industry stakeholders for business leads.
  • Collaborate with Active Sales Team and Marketing to ensure high quality service is delivered to our Guests and Partners.
  • Work closely with operational and banquet teams for effective event coordination and guest satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.


Qualities We Seek in Our Cluster M&E Sales Manager:

  • Proven sales leadership in hospitality or meetings and events.
  • Strong leadership; motivates and guides teams to ambitious targets.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills for client and colleague relations.
  • Analytical mindset; leverages data for informed decisions and results.
  • Results-oriented; track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficient in industry-specific software and CRM tools.
  • Good command of both Polish and English languages.
