Key Duties AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of Radisson Blu, Ajman
guests.
· Work closely with other team members to meet of Radisson Blu, Ajman revenue goals.
· Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
PR & Marketing Communications:
· Under the guidance of the Director of Rooms, F&B Manager and GM, update and implement collateral and brand standards required to support the sales, rooms and F&D offerings. This will range from hotel brochures to specific promotional requirements across the property.
· Ensures compliance of Corporate Branding in all room and sales collateral.
· Assist the GM with the execution of communications support strategies including the individual PR/Marketing plans for the hotel.
· Assist with the organization & hosting of incoming international/foreign media groups & individual visits
· Take pictures of events, VIP cocktails and photo shoots.
· Assist with the coordination of photo shoots/ interviews between external publication and internal department.
Ensure PR presence at all meetings.
Digital Marketing:
· Coordinate and execute all social media activities, email marketing, website & content updates and mobile marketing
· Develop and drive all social media channels in order to maximize the engagement of online audiences. Monitor and prepare weekly report for the campaigns.
· Maintain and utilize sites like “Booking.com" and "TripAdvisor" by tracking and responding to the reviews and postings.
· Update any relevant digital platforms, ensuring the brand standards are adhered
· Manage F&B guests database and HTML distribution (training provided)
· Take ownership of the website management
Administrative:
· Update and manage the database, image and marketing folders
· Monitor the delivery of publications, organize accordingly.
· Upon receiving weekly/monthly publications check for relevant PR coverage.
· Constantly update media database for all publications.
· Attend weekly meetings as requested by the direct report and give input/take note & record minutes
· Assist with the coordination of events and/or meetings and other administrative tasks.
· Ensure deadlines are met and communication with the team and management are up to date.
· Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
