The successful Sushi Chef has:
Relevant as Sushi Chef 6 years’ experience in an Asian restaurant
A good level of food product knowledge and a great understanding of food preparation techniques
proficient in all types of sushi
A genuine passion for cooking and the Hospitality industry
An exceptional attention to detail
Must have received hygiene and food safety training
A desire to further develop their career working alongside the best chefs in the industry
Great work ethic
A “Yes I can” attitude
