Key Responsibilities of the M&E Operations Agent:
- Support and assist in the smooth running of all meetings and events, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest standard, ensuring that property and company standards are met and adhered to
- Ensure completion of all final details for all meetings, events and group bookings
- Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
- Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved
- Perform invoicing and payment checks in accordance with RHG standards, including provision of pro forma invoices, payment and deposit checks, commission processing
Requirements of the M&E Operations Agent:
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Is a creative problem-solver
- Ability to work as a part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to find creative solutions and make recommendations to the clients
- Ability to adapt to changing service environments
- Experience using computer systems on various platforms
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Fluent in Italian, English– additional language skills are welcome
