Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the restaurant or dining area.

  • Manage guest reservations and maintain an accurate waitlist.

  • Escort guests to their assigned tables and present menus.

  • Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction.
